There’s a  very important bill that has been introduced registering beach access  for surfers and anglers! The bill simply states this: “Prohibits  requirement for beach tag for surfers and fishermen for access to beach  below mean high tide line.“ let’s get this bill passed so we can use the  beaches without having to pay a fee for services we don’t use!
