Attention parents, grandparents, and kids of all ages. Everything has been confirmed, and our annual Ray & Penny Nebus Kids Dock Day is a go. The Berkeley Striper Club along with The Dock Outfitters will be holding our annual kids fishing and crabbing day, (2024 date TBD) from 8am-12:00pm at The Dock Outfitters on the bay in SSH.

We will supply the bait and tackle for you to use, or you can bring your own if you prefer. The Dock Outfitters is located at 5 NJ-35, Seaside Heights, NJ 08751. We look forward to seeing everyone soon.
Free fluke fishing clinic for kids. We will supply the bait and tackle for you to use, or you can bring your own if you prefer. Surf fishing from the shore for Summer Founder (fluke).

Free fluke fishing derby held on the Point Pleasant Beach side of Manasquan Inlet. Instruction, bait and gear provided (if needed) to the kids.

Each spring the SRSA hold a Kids Trout Tournament on opening day of the New Jersey trout season, specifically focused on child anglers ages 15 and under. With help from the Berkeley Striper Club and other local sponsors, we stock over 600 trophy size Rainbow, Golden, and Tiger Trout into Spring Lake. On the day of the contest, we award prizes to all children who catch a fish, with an outstanding grand prize awarded for the biggest catch and special prizes for the top three fish in several age division.
